Is Tatum O’Neal Also A Plastic Surgery Addict?
Former child star Tatum O’Neal is all grown-up, but she somehow manages to look younger than her age. Make Me Heal explores whether the former Dancing With the Stars contestant, who is also a recovering cocaine addict, is also addicted to plastic surgery.
44-year old actress Tatum O’Neal made tabloid covers when she was arrested for buying cocaine. Tatum has a history of drug abuse and a more recent history of plastic surgery, like fellow actress Jamie Lee Curtis.
In the past, middle-aged Tatum was beginning to show signs of aging. But now she has almost no crow’s feet around her eyes, even when she smiles, and absolutely no hint of horizontal lines on her forehead or glabellar lines (vertical 11 lines) between her brows. She has also nearly eradicated the smile lines from her nose to her mouth, called nasolabial folds.
To get her taut, wrinkle-complexion complexion, one might guess that she had a lower facelift or mini-facelift, but that would be a drastic procedure for someone only in her early 40s. More likely, she has been getting dermal injections and fillers. Her forehead hasn’t ever wrinkled, so she likely uses Botox to relax those muscles and lines. Botox would also explain her very arched eyebrows, or “Botox Brow”. Around her mouth, she probably uses a product like Radiesse to fill out the areas that should have crevices.
To keep her skin so clear and free of fine lines and sun damage, Tatum has probably used a facial laser treatment like Fraxel or Active Fx.
Tatum wasn’t a success when she danced on Dancing WIth The Stars, but she did win an Oscar for acting. Tatum O’Neil does not need to have any dramatic surgery to stay youthful at this time, as she has aged well. She should stick to what she does best, acting, and stay away from drugs and plastic surgery.
Tatum O'Neal had 'epic bust up with father Ryan just before cocaine relapse'
They only reconciled recently following years of estrangement.
But it has now emerged that Tatum O'Neal had a furious bust-up with her father Ryan - shortly suffering her most recent drug relapse.
Tatum, 48, who won an Oscar for her role in 1973 film Paper Moon alongside her father - voluntarily checked into rehab after falling off the wagon last month.
Difficult relationship: Tatum O'Neal, pictured with her father Ryan here in April 2010, is said to have had a huge row with him just before he cocaine relapse
It was previously reported how her half brother Redmond is shelling out $100,000 to pay for the treatment because Tatum cannot afford the costs.
Now RadarOnline reports Tatum and Ryan got into a heated argument during the holidays at his Malibu mansion.
Apparently Tatum flew off the handle at her father, dredging up their troubled past and how he was never there for her throughout her childhood.
'These two have gotten into arguments before, but this one was an epic one,' a source told RadarOnline.
'Tatum was upset that she’s broke and that their failed reality show for Oprah's OWN network was cancelled, and that Ryan wasn't doing anything to help her.
'Tatum accused him of being a narcissist, and he got in her face and told her to get the f**k out of his house.
'He accused her of being a horrible mother and that just pushed her over the edge, because one of her children had been living with Ryan.'
In an interview with the Mail On Sunday back in 2010, Tatum revealed it was the death of her father's long-term lover Farrah Fawcett to cancer that saw her patch things up with her father.
Tatum O’Neal Hits Ryan O’Neal With Final Blow
Tatum O’Neal is recovering from substance abuse and trying her best to get her life back on track. On Father’s Day, Tatum plans to spend it like any other day, not with her dad Ryan O’Neal, as she plans on having nothing more to do with him.
Tatum basically decided that there would not be another attempt at trying to reconcile with her father Ryan after all the stress, anxiety and hardship that she and her siblings had to go through according to a Farrah Fawcett memoir. She doesn’t care that her old man is dying.
Currently Tatum is doing pretty good, she has her own book published ‘Found’, which is about the relationship with her father. Tatum didn’t have an ordinary happy childhood and her relationship with her Father went to hell in hand basket, this happened after Tatum became the youngest person to ever receive an Oscar, at nine years old.
In a recent interview Tatum had this to say, “I think there’s still so much shame in standing up for yourself a woman and an addict, I hope by at least bringing it out there and bringing it to the forefront, by being vocal about it, I can show that it isn’t any worse to be a woman and an addict than it is to be a man. It’s not fair that we look at it differently ‘Oh, she’s a party girl, she’s a mess,’ when with men it’s, ‘oh, and he just had a couple drinks and passed out in someone’s bed.’” What a load of crap. Shut up Tatum and grow up.
Tatum is just trying to struggle to have a normal life, “I think having a normal life, which I’ve never had, sounds pretty nice. Moving to Big Sur or Oregon or upstate New York. But then, there’s always the case of I need to make a living.”
Tatum O’Neal promotes her new book ‘Found: A Daughter’s Journey Home’
While at Borders in New York City for a book signing, Tatum O’Neal’s face was noticeably smoother and her lips plumper than usual.
It looks like Tatum has had a few touch-ups for her book tour and her upcoming reality show with her dad, “Ryan & Tatum: The O’Neals.” The show will air on the OWN network.. If you can stomach watching it, I commend you. I’ll be staying far away from that train wreck, thankyouverymuch.
